  3. Web browsing software (web browser) typically allows cookies to be stored on the User’s device by default. Website users can change these settings, as the web browser allows cookies to be deleted. It is also possible to automatically block cookies. Detailed information on this topic can be found in the help section or documentation of the web browser you are using.
  4. The following may be used on the Website, among other things:

  • “advertising” – enabling the delivery of advertising content to Users tailored to their interests and website visits, including for remarketing purposes using so-called third-party cookies.
  1. Depending on the website or mobile app you are using, the type and number of cookies may vary.

    2. daily log / events: time spent on the Website, search data, and any information stored in cookies that uniquely identifies the User’s browser or account;
    3. location data: IP address, data regarding the User’s location obtained using various positioning technologies— (latitude and longitude, ISP e.g., Play/Orange, other location data provided by the User), such as GPS, Wi-Fi access points, or other sensors that may provide data in the vicinity of the device (after consent to location tracking has been given);
    4. other data regarding the use of the Website that may be processed when the User visits or uses the Administrator’s websites, e.g., UTM entry source, the advertising campaign from which the User accessed the site, referrals, links clicked by the User, the number of clicks and views of dynamic page content, which ads the User saw, and where they saw them.
  4. In connection with access to the Administrator’s Website, data from the end device is processed automatically when the Website is accessed or when activities are performed on the site, enabling the Administrator to assess certain factors relating to individuals in order to predict future behavior by analyzing their behavior; however, no significant decisions regarding the User are made.

OBJECTIVES AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE INTERNET TECHNOLOGIES EMPLOYED

  1. The Administrator uses the relevant internet technologies to:
  2. ensure the proper functioning, security, and reliability of the Website;
  3. to tailor the content of the Website’s pages to the User’s preferences and optimize the User’s experience on the Website, as well as to improve the Website itself (ensuring the Website displays properly and is tailored to the User’s individual needs);
  4. analyse and compile statistics to help understand how Website Users interact with web pages, which enables us to improve their structure and content.
  5. The use of cookies or similar technologies on the Administrator’s websites is based on the User’s consent, which is expressed by using the website without changing browser settings, for analytical and statistical purposes, as well as to tailor the website to the individual needs of Users. In this way, the User agrees that cookies or other similar technologies will be placed on their end device (computer, tablet, smartphone) and to the Administrator’s use of the information stored in cookies.
  6. At any time, you may withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data by changing your cookie settings through your browser settings or by using other methods that allow you to change your cookie settings.
  7. Most browsers are set by default to accept all cookies. However, you can change your browser settings so that it asks for your permission before accepting cookies, accepts or rejects only certain types of cookies, or rejects all of them.

  9. Cookies and other technologies are used automatically; however, this does not mean that they are used on the Administrator’s websites for the purpose of automated decision-making or to produce a similar legal effect that could harm Users’ interests or privacy.

FEATURES OR TECHNOLOGIES FROM THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

  1. The Administrator may use the services and tools of third-party providers on the Website, particularly in connection with the provision of services available through the Website (e.g., chat services, call pages).
  2. The Administrator’s websites or fan pages may use third-party social media plugins, such as Facebook (plugins or so-called “buttons,” e.g., “Like” “Share”), marked with the commonly recognized icons of these networks. For this purpose, code referencing the above networks is placed on the relevant pages. Content from the Administrator’s websites may be sent to that page or service. Depending on the User’s privacy settings, it may be visible publicly or privately (e.g., only to friends, followers, or anyone who visits the User’s profile). Using these plugins, Users can, as logged-in users of these services, share the page they are currently on within those services. However, the plugin will only be loaded if Users install the appropriate plugin using the activation icon. The plugin’s content will then be transmitted by the relevant social media service directly to the User’s device and displayed there. If the appropriate option is selected, this activation will remain in effect permanently during the User’s visits to the Administrator’s Website. Users may deactivate the buttons at any time by clicking “Undo.” Without proper activation, the plugins will remain inactive and no connection to social media platforms will be established.
  3. The Administrator’s websites may also contain external links, such as to its Facebook page. The Administrator has no control over what data the provider of plugins or social media sites collects or how it processes that data. To obtain information regarding the purpose and scope of data collection, including the cookies used there, their further processing and use by external providers, as well as the rights of Users and the privacy settings available from these providers, the User may review the data protection information provided by the relevant provider.

DATA TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EEA

Given the possibility that data collected through cookies from the Administrator’s third-party providers may be shared, the Administrator hereby informs you that certain data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Such data transfers may be made on the basis of standard contractual clauses in accordance with the European Commission’s decision or on the basis of the User’s explicit consent.

OBJECTIONS AND WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT TO THE USE OF COOKIES

  1. You may withdraw your consent or object to the use by the Administrator or its partners of data contained in cookies or other similar technologies at any time. In such cases, please use the cookie consent Management tool by clicking on the cookie banner or by changing your browser settings.
  2. You can change your browser settings so that it asks for your consent to accept cookies, to accept or reject only certain types of cookies, or to reject all of them. Detailed information about the options and methods for managing cookies is available in your software settings (web browser—in the browser’s help section or by contacting the software manufacturer for instructions on how to disable and delete cookies).
  3. Cookies may be deleted by the User after they have been stored by the Administrator, using the appropriate browser functions or other tools designed for this purpose.
  4. Please note that some cookies are essential for websites to function properly, and deleting or disabling them may reduce their functionality.
  5. If, as a result of changing your cookie settings, an “opt-out” cookie is placed (which is used solely to identify the User’s objection—i.e., lack of consent), please note that this cookie only works in the browser in which it was saved. If all cookies are deleted or the User uses a different browser or device, the opt-out settings must be reconfigured.
